We anticipate that you are excited to receive everything in your Beautyfix kit! However, if you change your mind or receive something you aren't in love with, we are happy to work with you to make sure you have an amazing Beautyfix experience. This includes assisting you with skipping a season, holding your membership or allowing you to cancel your membership at any time.

Beautyfix is non-refundable. Our Beautyfix kit is set up as a seasonal sampling program so that you can experience the hottest products available that season. Although we plan on everyone loving everything they receive, we understand that there might be an item or two that just doesn't work well for your skin or hair type so we are willing to work with you to enhance your Beautyfix experience. Once you have contacted a Beauty Expert, please advise that due to the nature of our program, returns can only be accepted if all products in your kit are unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns if any of the products have been opened. If returning your Beautyfix, you must include all products, parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Beautyfix.com.

To receive a return authorization number please contact one of our Beauty Experts by dialing our toll-free number at (866) 381-4207. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please call Customer Service at (866) 381-4207. Our hours are every day from 6:00am - 6:00pm PST.

Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Beautyfix or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Beautyfix, please make sure to add insurance and tracking to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.
